    • We will provide you with return instructions and a return shipping label if applicable. Ensure that the item is packed securely with its original packaging and any included documentation.
  3. Return Shipping

    • For items that are damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will cover the cost of return shipping. For other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Refund Processing

    • Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Exceptions
